A fearless woman from Amritsar’s Verka has garnered widespread acclaim on social media after heroically foiling a robbery attempt at her home. The incident, which was captured on camera, went viral on X.
While the woman was on the terrace drying clothes, she noticed three masked young men lurking outside her house. Suddenly, one of the intruders jumped over the wall and attempted to enter through the main gate. Without hesitation, she rushed downstairs and managed to slam the door shut just as the intruder began pushing it open.
Demonstrating remarkable strength and quick thinking, she blocked the door with her body and raised an alarm to alert her family. In a clever move, she also pulled a sofa to reinforce the door, effectively deterring the robbers. Faced with her determined resistance, the intruders fled the scene.
